Any rugby players on here. I play front row, but I'm looking to lose some weight to get into the back row.

For back row you wanna just eat healthy with high protein and Do cardio 3 times a week and equally as many weights to replace fat loss with muscle :) who do you play for outta curiosity?

A great way for you to lose weight and get in shape to play back is to run. As you already know backs need speed and endurance so by running you're working on all three things. Also eating healthy obviously, a trick I learned is that you drink a glass of water before your meal and then after so you feel more full. Hopefully this helped 😊
