I need to lose weight and I've been working out for about a month now but still no results please anyone suggestions????

I would try to do more exercise in less time and really make an effort to go beyond what I've been doing.

Losing weight isn't easy but first u have to work out how. Many calories u need there's lot of web sites to work that out then you want eat just under that 50% protein 25%fat25% carbs has worked for me but I have high activity work sometimes it takes a little time to get the right balance

The exercise to do is one you enjoy so u can stick with it. a workout buddy really helps. Many time a group class like tai chi or bikecyleing keeps u going good luck
