I use to work out 3 times a week for my job but I have since been waning to slim down and get cut apposed to huge. I was reading on Robert Ervin's (probably miss spelled) many interviews about him self and his work out regiments. He suggests high reps low weight and that is what helps him maintain his muscle. I am wondering if this will help me get cut or have no affect at all? Or if someone suggests a whole other approach? Please and thank you for all and any responses!
