i live on the 2nd floor, I'm up @ 4am to workout before work, & i try to be respectful of my downstairs neighbors so i try to do workouts that won't disturb them or that i can modify. I've tried the harvard workouts & i like them. i still get my heart rate up & i sweat but i wanted to know if anyone had any other workout suggestions that i could do indoors? its dark at 4am & its getting cold so i don't want to go outside.
