Well I'm new to this. I'm trying to get in shape, and just feel good. I need help staying on track. Anyone have some good advice?

Welcome start off slow 10-15mins sessions every other day. You don't want to go to hard  and burn yourself out.  Realize slow and steady wins the race here.  Good luck
