Ok so I'm sick of being fat and unfit.
Need some followers for help, motivation and advice.
I'm dieting and trying to exercise everyday. Need to lose 3 stone and tone EVERYTHING
Any help or advice much appreciated.

Start off slow so you don't burn out. Mix cardio like walking, jogging, biking, whatever with a solid weight training regime. Building muscle helps burn fat.

What sort of calorie intake should i be having to help with weight loss?
I have to fit exercise in around three kids and household stuff so how much should I be doing daily to keep steady weight loss going and tone up?

Hy! I have a baby of 8 months and it is hard to find time to make exercise! I can tell you that I run three times a week since may 15th and i lost 6,500 kilos! I run 45 minutes everytime! Now I can run for 7km but at the beggining I was able to run just for 4km!

Have you used the app "NOOM"? It's a weight loss app and it fixes up your calorie intake and everything. 😊
