So hy again from Italy! I subcribed at the end of may and i didn't do anything to tone up my body, I just ran, I ran a lot to lose weight and i lost 6.500! Now I'm ready to tone up my body!

My new challenge is to have a very tone body starting from arms I do not want chicken wings anymore! =)
