Try to eat at least 6 small meals a day, every 2-3 hours. This will keep your metabolism up! Also like others have said CLEAN EATING. That sounds very intimidating but it's basically eating REAL foods. Nothing processed. Also one other thing I'd like to point out never try to under eat, all you'll be doing is slowing down your metabolism and stopping weight loss. As for working out, you need cardio, BUT YOU ALSO NEED STRENGTH TRAINING TOO! Strength training builds muscle, and with more muscle you have the more fat you burn daily AND while working out.
