As you can see in my profile picture, my arms aren't too great, any tips on what workouts to do?
The key to bigger arms is triceps. Your tricep is 2/3 of your arm work on those doing exercises between 6to 8 reps every set it will help.
Lift slow and go all the way down when doing curls and such. Oh and yes triceps are 60% of your arms.
Triceps and biceps curls if u can try lifting at least 35lbs dumb bells 5to8 reps 3sets and there is weight lifting workout too those help also
