Well, I do Crossfit, so my motivation is the Crossfit Games.

I'm doing karate and as I find myself sometimes slowing down because I'm tired I want to improve my strength, cardio and balance as well as flexibility as you need everything for karate :)

I think you should do I for yourself! Because at the end of the day it's not important what others think of you! Only what you think of yourself and also please don't give a shit about what others think is perfect. Start loving your body and you will get confident :) when you are confident people will notice your confidence :)
You could join a team in school and find people who like the same as you do :) u like volleyball join the team or like books join the book club ;D friends are a great source of confidence :)
