I usually listen to the remixes I hear at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Shows. I also listen to Ellie Goulding, Bruno Mars and trap music. Songs who give me energy and make me feel good. It's not like I'm going to do my workout listening to sad songs and crying haha :)
I loove listening to Beyonce while I work out.Anything fast and upbeat works for me
What gets me pumped is usually metal like Metallica, slayer, lamb of god, slipknot, ect.. But pump up beats are awesome, like in punk. More rap groups are getting more of those beats that make you wanna jump around and feel energetic

Stic Man from Dead Prez solo album "The Workout". The title says it all. Motivating from beginning to end. He covers running, boxing, yoga, strength training, body building and nutrition. Classic album, one of a kind. True vegan hip hop.
