I just started working out again. Whats a realistic goal for a workout plan for out of shape newbie?

I think 10 minutes a day for five days and then more minutes after that

Okay so mines sounds a bit dumb lol but its working. I'm doing 3 different 30 day challenge and another challenge. I do it at night after dinner so I snack after I'm done. I measure myself.. and Im doing the workouts everyday. By the end of the week I measure again and I see some changes. Now im not on a strict diet, but I'm also limiting to junk food. I say if I workout the whole week my reward is.. movies & some junk food. Or a piece of chocolaty chocolate cake! Lol
