Hey I'm new on here...how exactly does this app work??

Welcome, its a social workout app. You can use searches to look at different workouts, but i recommend following people to see which workouts are used the most. You can like those workouts to use for future routines.

How do u follow people?

Well, if you click on someone it should bring you to their profile and there is a follow button that you can press. I use an iphone so not sure if its different on other apps.

Just pick workout do workout all type of workout for beginers to advance.also follow ppl n they help motivevate u or give u pointer on their favorite workout all type of ppl for diffrents ages working out to get a better body
