I would recommend you do leg workouts because they work on your legs and core at the same time also you will loose fat same as the way insanity works they use cardiovascular excercices to loose fat and work ur core

if you want definition do ab workouts and a high amount of reps of push-ups afterwards.

Chest volume workout: 1. Bench press, 2. Incline bench press, 3. Dumbells fly, 4. Decline bench press, 5. Cable crossover. Do 4 set of each exercise in range of 6-15 reps, increasing the weight.
If you don't go to the gym, do 4 set and 20-30 reps doing push ups. Change the position of your hands, and the inclination of your body!
