Ok well I want to know some good workouts to get my legs back in shape for running mountains agian what are some good ones?

5 dead lifts, 15 second sprint, 5 squats. Rest. 30 second wall sit, 25 calve raises. Rest. 5 min jump rope. Repeat until failure.

Mike actually has a pretty good suggestion on those routines. I'd throw in leg presses leg curls and calf extensions. Don't forget to lift weights as well. Upper body strength is just as important when you run. Do some dumb bell curls, side bends and tricep extensions.
