Newbie trying to gain weight

I want to gain some weight all over and especially on my legs they're what you call chicken legs lol Just wondering is there anybody else going through this or and tips and what's the tight exercises also would love a workout buddy

Hmm I can only tell you what may seem obvious lol, but it wasn't obvious to me a few years ago. Don't increase your food portions in order to gain weight. I have dome that and the weight was gained in the wrong places! =\ unless you excersice a lot maybe. Something that has helped with my legs was running. I used to run 3 days a week and there was (and still is) a noticeable difference on my legs.
