Heyy
This is my second day in this app so i dont have much workout buddies, if u wanna be my buddy follow me and il follow u back! :)
But thats not the main reason ive created this topic.

I just wanted to tell u guys that you should go to the gym, it makes so much fucking diference!!! 2 months ago i was a really skinny gut and now since ive started doing gym 2 months ago i see big body changings! Il keep posting more pics so that u can see my progress but trust me, this app is pretty cool cuz u can workout in home but its nothing when comparing to working out in the gym , i know its hard at the beggining but YOU CAN DO IT!!!! :D
