Hi, I have been on skimble for over 2 months but never had the motivation to start working out. Feel its high time now... Need loads of motivation :)

I understand. I just finished dressing for a workout but I can't get out of this chair. I must! The alternative for me is death. Health issues. Getting fit is a major part of resolving these issues. It took everything in me to admit that for I am the Queen ď Nial. C'mon, help ME out. Tell us what You Did to get going.MOVE-Motivate Others Via Exercise.

Finally got myself moving and did day 1 of JM 30 day shred! It almost killed me!!! Need to push myself tomorrow to continue.

Great job on starting the Shred!!!  I love it...you're gonna be sore... But just remember it's a good soreI'm on day 2 of level 3, and level 3 seems easier. It's weirdKeep on shredding!!

Day 4 level 1 done! feels good :) Lost 1.4lb already :) feels awesome!!!! Thanks for motivation from the start :) how is you level 3 going?

Good for you!! Keep up the good work! Level 3 is good...today was day 4 and feeling very strong :) feels like I need a little more cardio though. I'm thinking about adding in level 1 along with level 3. We'll see!
