Exercising during period

Hey girls,
I need some advice. I am having my period right now, but I still want to exercise. Any ideas on witch ones I can do?

I think it's your comfort level. I usually cannot do any abs or squat type exercises during periods as it causes more discomfort for me. I feel better doing yoga or my favorite-walking

When I have my period, I like doing non-lying things, so I do wall-pushups, lateral leg lifts, shadow boxing, seated crunches, wall sit, or just jumping jacks, jump rope, dancing, stuff like that :)

I agree with Julia but mostly it depends on you and how you are feeling those days.  I usually have pretty easy periods but some women I know say they can't work out at all
