Ok, I'm always told I have a big booty. With working out sometimes it can shrink and I don't want that. What workouts can I do to not lose my butt? Help please!!!

You can select categories for legs and butt. The natural booty pop is good.. If you workout and also work that area you shouldn't lose it :-)

Thanks Brooke! I actually love the natural booty pop. I tried it twice.  I was looking for other ways to do it.

Make sure you do resistance moves as well, for cardio you can walk uphill which will ensure you don't lose it!

Yes... I repeat "Hump Training Day" is the workout. If you're not afraid of hard work, of course... ;-)

Okay Mario, I'm up for the challenge. It's 55 minutes long so I believe it will be a great workout. I'm going to try it later when I get home.
