Ok, I'm always told I have a big booty. With working out sometimes it can shrink and I don't want that. What workouts can I do to not lose my butt? Help please!!!

Make sure you do resistance moves as well, for cardio you can walk uphill which will ensure you don't lose it!
Yes... I repeat "Hump Training Day" is the workout. If you're not afraid of hard work, of course... ;-)
Okay Mario, I'm up for the challenge. It's 55 minutes long so I believe it will be a great workout. I'm going to try it later when I get home.
