Well, I started at 185lbs with an original goal of 140lbs!
Im 155 now, so I'm getting there!
Other than that (long term goal) I want to run a marathon someday! I finished my first 5k run a few weeks ago!
& of course tone up! But the leg tone comes pretty easily with running lol
I want to build my muscles, but even more my willpower and perseverance.
Trim up gain strength i wanna bench 400 by the end of the year.
