So what's everyone eating to assist in meeting your health and wellness goals?

A good high protein med carbs high veg diet is good on building if to loose weight lower carbs and protein but keep a lot of veg and vitamins going

I'm "eating clean". Basically that means minus man made foods (I.e. processed foods, packed etc.) I eat anything really. I find that what helps the most is if you make your meals and snacks yourself.
