Just started insanity and need help

Hi I just started insanity last night and as you can see by my photo not in the best shape. I need to know with protein or nutrition I need. I don't want to put mass on because I have a belly to get rid off

If you're doing insanity, you'll lose the belly if you eat right. Protein is used to maintain your muscles so that you burn fat. Now if you want to gain muscle mass, then you would increase your carbohydrates and less protein. Everyone is different. As a personal trainer and nutritionist, do 40% carbs, 50%protein and 10% healthy fats on this workout series. Eat 5 small meals to include snakes in between (300 calories each) and you should see results within 2 weeks for a total of 1800 calories per day. Try the iGoal informer app on iPhone as a guide....
