Hi everyone I'm back after the month of Ramadan I hope anyone else who fasted didn't find it to much of struggle. I really tried to eat clean which was hard sometimes but I stuck to my goals and pretty much am at the same weight I was before Ramadhan so I'm happy with that so now I'm back and rearing to go

I usually gain a lot but this year the hours were really long so I didn't eat much cos there was not time and I made the effort to try eat healthy

What are the hours that you do eat?

Well I'm in England and the hours were from 9.45pm till around 2.30am roughly cos it changed by the day.

How come ? I think it was really useful and organized when it comes to working out.

The hours were really long this year so didn't really do much excersise other than walking but good for you for keeping your workout going I don't think I would of had the energy plus the lack of water would of been hard for me personally
