New member. Any tips?

I just found this app and figured it would be nice to get some starter tips. I'll tell you a bit about myself. I'm a 19 year old guy from Michigan, I'm 6'3" and only weigh 150. So I would like to build some mass and strength. Also I have access to a basic home gym with about 110lbs of free-weight and have worked out semi-frequently but not this seriously. So this brings me to my topic: any other members with useful tips or advice, from starting workouts to useful/hidden things in this app, would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome everybody, just add some friends, do workouts and motivate each other ;-)
