Sport in night
Is is bad for the body to do sport in night xD ?
It's better to be practiced in the morning , your body will benefit more from it rather than at night
lol,no..it is not bad at all,as long you have energy for it..and if u do ur abs workout at night,they are far more effective,also
No no & no...sport is always good,just eat healty and well and secure yourself 8-10 h of sleep
