After finding this app really good help im back on it :)

I'm planning on doing Tough Mudder next year anyone know of good workouts for that. I would say im average fitness atm but need to increase endurance.. and like other people on here wanting that flat stomach. :) Any help much appreciated.

i'm doing one next month !! the tough mudder workouts are on here, or you can get them off the tough mudder website.. the advanced one destroys you !

Did one Tough Mudder last year in Oct...fixing to do another next weekend in St. Louis. I'm a 47 yr old stay at home Mom and I say to everyone who ask how it was "sorta like having a baby, it hurt like heck but you forget the pain and so I'm gonna do it again...well a TM that is...only one kid for me, no time for more cause I gotta train". :)
