I found that paleo is the best while working out. It really shreds fat the fastest and gives you the energy you need to fuel your body. You should get robb wolf's the paleo solution book. He also has a website robbwolf.com. paleo has changed my life. I had my third child and have lost all the weight and am in the best shape of my life.

I eat cucumbers and tomatoes with Italian dressing as a salad a lot. What about that?
