Sleepy after workout

Is it normal to become sleepy after a workout? I noticed that I become sleepy right after a workout. I'm wide awake before the workout, but afterwards, I'm sleepy.

It depends on what workout youre doing but yes, it makes you feel tired so i guess it is.

It is also a lack of oxygen and your heart has to work harder to distribute oxygen to all muscles ... Leading to fatigue. It's not all that normal, monitor your heart rate before and after and see if you notice a difference.

Yup! It's lack of oxygen, it's why you should sip on water during. If you have the same issue with coffee, it's the same thing! You have very strong coffee, and it messes with ur blood oxygen levels. I get tired after super strong coffee :) as well as work outs where I don't eat and disgust enough or drink water b4 hand

Try some yoga moves..just after or when you are sleepy..you get less sore and less sleepy..

In all my years of working out,  I have. Never gotten sleepy!  I always get.the most Horny,  endorphins and hungry
