I want to start getting into a healthy routine. Any tips?:)

Clean eating, water, exercise:) you don't have to completely cut out the junk but maybe a snack once a week.soon you really won't crave all the junk anymore and it'll be easier to stay in shape:)

Find out how many grams of each macronutrient you should be consuming. Plan your meals around the recommended daily allowances of these, write it all down
