Having a hard time getting healthy on a budget. I live in Hawaii and groceries are pretty pricey from the Cali budget I'm used to. Any suggestions and short cuts? Also trying to find out some pool exercises/workouts.

Brown rice is a great staple food to fill up on. Dried beans for protein are cheap where I'm from at least. Good luck.
What helps me especially with meat is buying in bulk when its on good discount. I buy for the whole month which can change huge in the costs. Also dont fall for the huge healthy food hype. Not only 1 or 2 stores who market their food as healthy got good stuff!
