I've wondered what's better:
1. Lot of reps of the same exercise
Or
2. Few reps of many different exercises.

250 seems a bit excessive, no? :P

I've known someone to do a thousand with like 20 reps and something in between. It is said that cross training is very effective. Getting motivated us half the battle! Keep up the good work!
