Hi wk friends...I'm new here and I wanna know success stories, how long it took u guys...I'm not fat but i need to tone up..thx

I've been "lite" dieting (ie less junk food and pop, more veggies and water) plus walking everyday for a little over a year. Serious dieting and jogging every day for the last 3 months. And in the last 3 months I've lost 30lbs...75lbs over the whole year.
