Hey friends! Im new to this, i delivered my baby 8 mths ago and i really want to lose the last 10lbs to get to my prepreg wt. However i need to lose a lot more to remain healthy. I want to lose this fat and tone muscle. Problem is, i cannot go to a gym...HELP!!! I need advice on at home workouts!!

Hi trista how r u, i m also new in this and even i want advice for same problem of urs ,my baby ia also of8mnth and cant go to gym and wnt to loose weight.pls some body help mi out.Thanx.

Well u made the right choice by using this app. I always tell peiple that the best parts about this app is that the a lot of the workouts are under 30 min and require no weights, just ur body. If u need a model of variation u can follow me or go to the workout section and go to community created workouts. They are awesome. Good luck
