Anyone have any tips to really get an overall slim toned body and get your muscles to show through??
Don't do diets
If you stop it you will gain massive weight.
Try to eat better stop the carbs after middays and go for a high protein dinner.
I'm Don't kill the food do more sport.
Use a few exercises I liked.
I achieved what I got now thru that and I'm still achieving.

Get out there, do some research. Find out what exercises, classes, movements are out there find out what you enjoy and have fun with it
