Hi, I'm new 2. I have severe lower back issues & desperately need some type of yoga exercises, or tai chi to strengthen my back, abdomen, and knees.. Would appreciate any suggestions.

I shattered my knee cap a few years ago which affected my back from the fall ... and took up MMA and yoga and now my back and knee is perfect and strong...

Most MMA(mixed martial arts) gyms have a variety and numerous classes! Mine has yoga, muscle strengthening, cardio kickboxing (which really helps), etc etc etc... But in mma gyms you become a family they're really there to help you.... I'd look into finding one closest to you...

Welcome... I've been using it less than a month. There are some great workouts on here and many many great people that give motivation and inspiration.

More interested in resistance training but have degree and job knowledge on subject area, so spread wisdom where I can
