Hi, I'm new 2. I have severe lower back issues & desperately need some type of yoga exercises, or tai chi to strengthen my back, abdomen, and knees.. Would appreciate any suggestions.
Welcome... I've been using it less than a month. There are some great workouts on here and many many great people that give motivation and inspiration.

Been using this for about two weeks, only explored the social forums, see what people know and want to know. Might try one of the workouts on here that are popular but haven't looked. More interested in resistance training but have degree and job knowledge on subject area, so spread wisdom where I can
