Just wondering how heavy you guys can curl a single dumbbell

I can hold one 20 pound dumbbell in my right arm and curl it 3 times haha. Its pathetic but its the truth. I'm def the stereotypical girl

Kind of cheatcurling i gues arround 30 orso. I havent done curls for atleast 2 months. Not such an interesting one to do.
