How do you get them? I've been doing crunches, sit ups, half planks and fluyyer kicks but I'm not getting the results I want.

I'm a runner and I have them. I run, sometimes bike and swim, do crunches, full planks (and elbow planks, and the multi plank challenge on here) so add some cardio bc cardio burns fat! :-)
