So I don't really know how to start this. I'm not very good with introductions, especially not on an exercise forum. Well... I'm currently 60 kg (134 lb) and 172.72 cm (5'8"). I would like to get down to 110 lbs and tone up. I have prided myself on not working out (silly, I know), but I think it's about that time the time I start being productive.
So my questions-
1. On average how long does it take to see results (other people vs. you)?
2. How do you keep motivation?
3. How oftend do you eat?

Welcome!

I saw results after a few days. But it depends on how you are when you start and what workouts you do.

I don't need to try to stay motivated anymore. Doing something for 30 days makes it a habit. Its something i do everyday now.

As for eating. 7 times daily perhaps more? 3main meals and snacks. Plenty of water and i supplement vitamins calcium and cod liver oil.
