Hey my name is Daniel 18 years old, I've been going to a gym called LA Fitness that has a superb facility. There are countless machines there which are great to use since it forces perfect posture. The only thing is that I want to know which one is recommended for better results and when they need to be used for specific workouts. A circuit of them if you will. I'd like to jump from one machine to another and after going through a full set with those machines, repeat them again in the exact same order. I find that this app doesn't have any workouts as such but more related to home workouts with simply dumbbells, kettle balls, etc.., Anyone know any good ones on here.. If there are even any. Thanks!
