How long did it take for you to get a six pack?

How long did it take for you to get a six pack or just abs and what did you do to get it?

Everyone got abs, if you cant see it.. you have not enough muscle or too much fat... I have abs though theyre not impressive simply because im thin whereas my dad has abs comming out of fat because he does a lot of crunches and sit ups... he looks like e honda from street fighter... anyways... I just wanted to point out there are to ways to get them.. a lot of cardio and eating right.. or a lot of ab workouts so they bust through the fat... balance is best though

Uh that'd quite impossible unless your superman. It's all about a balance of healthy diet and good amounts of exercise. Remember nothing comes easy ESPECIALLY getting abs to show, put in the work and you'll be happy with the result
