I am a former MMA fighther, and recently became an unilateral Above Knee amputee and I am getting back into the gym and unfortunately I am not able to do certain exercises I.e. Deadlifts, cling and press, lunges, workouts such as those that require full range of motion and I am looking for alternatives to do instead..
