Have only been on here for under a week, but would defo mix the gym with the schedule here. Lots to do at home before and after work so a real must app to have. How are you finding the routines? It genuinely seems a decent site as it goes. Have a nice week ahead yeah, and onwards and upwards.
Gym is the main workout location however I've done these tabata style works and others featured on the app at the gym too.
New here myself. I am looking for something I can do first thing in the morning especially when I am traveling for work. Not every hotel as a good gym.
Most people I believe use this soley as there source as workout but I go to the gym as well! I use the gym to add more resistance to the workouts! Sometimes I use a workout from ok man skimble as a warm up!
