New to this. I have 100lbs to lose. What's your goal?

I am also new to this [app] I have a goal of around one hundred pounds as well!!! :-) I've always tried to lose weight but never been consistent. Note I'm going at it from the approach of developing new habits.

I was successful in losing weight before doing kick boxing, and insanity but my work schedule and physical demands of work leaves me way too tired to stick with that.

A HUGE thing with weight loss and keeping it off is diet eat lots of fiber plenty of fluids complex carbs protein and whole foods (as close to the natural state of the food as possible) the hard part is making it a lifestyle not just a diet.. Once you go back to your old ways you will gain everything back.

That's a hard thing former too. I work nights and I can't figure out this eating so I'm full thru work and not snacking

Snacking isn't always the issue, try snacking on fruits our vegetables bring a small bag of baby carrots with you or bananas. Anything that is low in calories and high in nutritional value.

I'll drink Pepsi, and munch on cookies or chips. It's easy access

If you do that you will never loose weight. Soda and simple carbs are your enemy they show down your metabolism and tell your body to store fat, they have no nutritional value and highly addictive.
