Vertical Jump

Anybody got any tips on how to increase vertical? I been doing squats and leg presses 2/3x a week for basketball. But yet i dont notice any increase. Am I missin something?

You need to do plyometrics!  Do some jumping squats too with dumbbells!  Try wearing a weighted vest and do some jumps every other day!  Think of exercises to do that will make your legs strong enough to jump.
