Hey guys, and gals, I'm new here, trying to get back in shape and have the stamina i once had 5 years ago. i don't go to the gym as much as i used to due to lack of motivation and lack of a gym partner. I still play basketball about 2 or 3 times a week but i get winded quick, time to change that. Hope to be sharing work out stories and experiences with the lot of you.

I started walking the end of fall and omg the weight I lost but I live in tennassee and the benifits lol of walking ya you keep the weight off cause you know how hard you had to work to lose the weight
