Suggestions or thoughts on a workout for best results of a nice bump in the back. I have toned thighs and calfs, use to run cross crountry. But I seem to fail on getting that booty right! Help

I'm not sure if your saying cos your tall you can't do squats?. Anything leg based will help build muscle around the gluts. Lunges, front squats, goblet squats, one leg squats, wide grip deadlines, jumping jacks. Work it
