Hi! My baby is nearly a year and I'm still having a hard time firming my abdominals and stretching my legs without my calves seizing up. Any suggestions and/or motivation would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi, If you ease into stretching and exercises as well as starting with lighter workouts I am sure that will help reduce calf pain. I myself suffer sometimes from calf tightness/pain, usually resulting from stretching too hard. I hope this helps!

If your trying to obtain abs or just lose the xtra belly fat, the key is to exercises more & eat less. As you begin to lose the fat, immediately go into sculpting & toning exercises. For the legs try hot/cold showers twice a day. You should see a difference within a couple of days. Keep us up to date on how things work out for you.
