I'm new and ready to rock!
Looking to build muscle and cardio. I'm a husky guy, use to be built bit messed up my shoulder a year ago which restricted me from lifting. Looking for some tips, motivation and why not some new friends :)
Thanks so much :) That really boosted my motivation. Last few months have sucked but now I'm slowly trying to get back into losing weight. I'm here to motivate too :) I'm sure you look rocking after having 2 kids :)
What is most important? I can be a workout buddy, inspiration, or just a new friend! :)
Good question haha I would say new friend because a good new friend can be an inspiration and work out buddy after :P
