Looking to build muscle and cardio. I'm a husky guy, use to be built bit messed up my shoulder a year ago which restricted me from lifting. Looking for some tips, motivation and why not some new friends :)

Well our idea of workouts are totally different I'm sure, but I'm here for motivation! You can do this! I've had 2 kids and after the second one I was seriously unhappy with my body and I am finally starting to feel like a bad ass again :) hehe. Just don't give up :)

Thanks so much :) That really boosted my motivation. Last few months have sucked but now I'm slowly trying to get back into losing weight. I'm here to motivate too :) I'm sure you look rocking after having 2 kids :)

Good question haha I would say new friend because a good new friend can be an inspiration and work out buddy after :P

Hey joe...
I m also trying to build muscle.... strength workouts n cardio r best combo for it... a plan of 6 days a week (3day cardio n 3 day strength) go for it bro
