I hear green coffee been extract helps to burn fat. They come in pills at the store for about $10 or some companies that make protein shakes put it in some of their powders like Raw Meal. Hope I helped :)

beast 2shredded or power performance body effects both are thermo fat burners also make a great pre workout supp :)

Don't do it. You will gain back all that youve lost. I've seen many people do it. You can't take then the rest of your life. Just start small with exercise and gradually eliminate fattening stuff from your diet. It took me a Damn year to eliminate cookie and candies:(

i do agree not good in the long run but i used body effects to help kickstart me as id gone from being sedentry and then trying to stick to low calories which made me feel a bit low of energy and needed  to curb my appetite for snacking and it helped with that but once i got into a routine and started feeling more energy from working out i stopped taking it

3 small meals a day?

no way 5-6 small meals a day to get your metabolism firing all with some sort of protein included eg

bf- 1slice wholmeal toast with two eggs and some baby spinach

mid morning- 100gms low fat greek yoghurt, berries and crushed almonds

lunch- 100gms lean protein (chicken, fish,lean beef or ham) with a green leafy salad or non starchy veggies 

mid afternoon- 100gms lean protein like tuna or have same as mid morn snack or even a protein shake

dinner- 100gms lean protein ( chicken, fish, lean beef) non starchy veggies

desert- greek yogurt pudding ( choc protein powder mixed with greek yoghurt) some banana slices

i did a 6 week bootcamp and that was my diet plan with 30mins exercise a day i lost 8kgs :)

you actually need to eat more often to lose weight just of the right stuff otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and try and store fat instead

EDiets worked for me when I first started to lose weight. No exercise, just changed my eating habits and lost 40lbs. Pretty rewarding!
